Timeline
See when work is planned across your projects. Switch between week, month and quarter, or focus on a project, person or label without leaving the timeline.
Each bar shows the planning horizon assigned to a task. Diamonds mark dated, unfinished subtasks. Tasks stay grouped by project and ordered by priority.
- Move backwards or forwards through the calendar, and return to the current period with Today
- Combine project, people and label filters; keep them when switching between Board and Timeline
- Click a task or its bar to open the detail, notes and subtasks in a dialog
- Use Show all to bring tasks outside the visible period into view
- Collapse a project or resize the task column to give the calendar more room
