Is there a free plan?
Yes. Beginner is free forever and includes your own workspace, one project, up to four open tasks and eight open subtasks. It is designed for one person getting started.
How does the free trial work?
If you are eligible, Pro and Business start with 7 days free. The trial is available once per person. Before confirming, checkout shows when your first payment is due and how much you will pay. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want to continue with the paid plan.
Do I pay per member or per project?
Paid plans are charged per member in a workspace, not per project. Each workspace has its own subscription. Creating more projects within your plan’s limits does not add a separate project charge.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly plans are billed each month. Annual plans are billed for the year and save 35% compared with twelve monthly payments. The annual price shown above is the equivalent monthly amount per member.
Which plan is right for my team?
Beginner is for working on your own. Pro supports a workspace of up to four people and five projects. Business supports up to fifty people and fifty projects. Compare the task, subtask and history limits above to choose the space your team needs.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. The workspace owner can manage the subscription from Billing, including changing plans or cancelling. Review the price and effective date shown before confirming a change.
What happens if I exceed my plan’s limits?
You will need a plan with higher limits to add more than your current plan allows. If your workspace is already above its limits after a plan change, it becomes read-only until its owner upgrades.
Where can I find my invoices?
The workspace owner can open Billing and manage the subscription to view invoices and update the payment method.
