The home screen puts everything still open in one place: a column per horizon, whatever project the work belongs to. Delayed leads, because late work is the only thing here that cannot wait.
Drag a row from one column to another and the task is rescheduled. It keeps the impact and the effort you gave it, and turns up on its own project's plane exactly where you left it. Only the four horizons you can choose accept a drop; delayed is arrived at, never picked.
