Questions?

  • What is plotwins?

Task management for teams, on an impact and effort matrix. Every task sits where its impact and its effort put it, so the one to do first is obvious at a glance.

  • Do I have to set anything up?

No. Create a project, write your tasks, and drag them onto the matrix. There are no boards to configure, no columns to invent, and no training to sit through.

  • What does it cost?

There is a free plan, and it stays free: one project, four open tasks and eight open subtasks. The paid plans open with a free trial and can be cancelled any time.

    See the plans
  • Can I use it with my team?

Yes. The paid plans give your team a workspace, up to four people on Pro and up to fifty on Business, where tasks, tags and progress are the same for everyone. You pay once per person, however many projects they are in.

  • Can I connect my AI?

Yes. plotwins speaks MCP, so an agent you already use can read your board and create or close tasks with your permission.

  • What happens to my data?

It lives in our database, and the privacy policy says exactly what is stored, for how long, and how to ask for it to be deleted.
