Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of plotwins, operated by Pixel Family S.L. (Tax ID B99489205, Calle Alameda 22, 28014 Madrid, Spain). By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms.
The service
plotwins is a task management tool for teams: work is organized in projects and prioritized on an impact/effort matrix, with time horizons, subtasks, labels, and shared spaces. It is a web application, available at plotwins.com.
plotwins also exposes an MCP server so you can connect AI assistants of your choice to your account.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use plotwins.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-up email, for your credentials, and for the activity that occurs in your account — including actions performed by AI assistants you authorize.
- To delete your account and all associated data, write to privacy@plotwins.com; see the Privacy Policy for how deletion works.
Plans, subscription, and free trial
- plotwins offers a free plan with the limits shown on the pricing page, and paid auto-renewing plans billed through Stripe.
- Paid plans start with a free trial; its length, the price, and the billing interval are shown before you confirm the purchase. No charge is made until the trial ends.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and your account falls back to the free plan.
- For refund requests, write to support@plotwins.com. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
Your content
The projects and tasks you create are yours. You grant us only the technical license strictly necessary to store them, sync them, and show them to you and to the people you share them with. Content you add to a shared space is visible to the members of that space.
AI assistants
If you connect an AI assistant through MCP, it acts on your account as you, with the access you granted, until you revoke it from Settings. You are responsible for the assistants you authorize and for reviewing what they do; what the assistant's provider does with your data is governed by that provider's terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use plotwins for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access other users' data, not to interfere with the service or its API beyond its intended use, not to reverse-engineer the service, and not to resell access.
Intellectual property
The application, its design, its illustrations, and its trademarks belong to Pixel Family S.L. or its licensors. You may not reproduce them outside the app without authorization.
Limitation of liability
plotwins is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law grants you as a consumer.
Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms. If a change is substantial, we will announce it on the website at least 7 days in advance. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Madrid, without prejudice to the rights you may have as a consumer in your place of residence.
